cutie bum co is happy to offer our customers $3 shipping on all U.S. orders!  Please allow 2-5 business days for our team to fulfill your order (excluding weekends/holidays).

As of right now we do not offer international shipping, if you are located outside the U.S. please reach out to us through our contact page & we can do our best to accommodate you.

If you choose to use this service, you will handle any shipping issues through Route. *If you choose not to use this service, cutie bum co is not held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Once your package has been taken to USPS, cutie bum co is no longer responsible for it.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.

All items are final sale. However, we want you to be happy with your order. All items are inspected thoroughly before listed. PLEASE read each item’s description carefully, as it will give information about the item.
